The premiere pformance of Mirror, Mirror was given on Wednesday, June 14, at the 2023 Mostly Modern Festival in Saratoga Springs, New York. I was commissioned for the work in September 2020 by Dan Qiao and Carolyn Regula for their recording project called Mirror 2 Mirror, an album of works that focused on opposites. I was thrilled with the opportunity to write for these twwo amazing musicians, and I was delighted to learn of the premiere performance.
